What happens next?
- You will receive a confirmation email shortly.
- Our team will review your booking and contact you if there are any questions.
- We organize the hotels as well as the luggage transfers.
- Once all hotels are finalized, you will receive your travel confirmation by email. This process usually takes about one week.
- Approximately 6 weeks before your departure, you will receive the invoice for your trip (except for short-term bookings).
- About 3–4 weeks before departure, and once full payment has been received, your travel documents will be sent to you by mail.
Why take out insurance?
Especially for hiking trips, having good coverage is highly recommended. Unexpected events, such as illness or an accident, can mean that a trip cannot be started or must be cut short.
- Feel free to take your time with your decision. You can add a matching travel cancellation policy up to 30 days before your departure.
